In the Young Citizens project, young people not only implement their own initiatives aimed at solving a problem, but also provide their proposals for solving it to local authorities.
So, for example, students of the Novoaydar Professional Agrarian Lyceum did not have a place to rest in the community. And after public discussions, young people together with adults decided to create such a place, equipped with modern lighting and wooden benches.
In the video we gathered the opinion of young people and learned about how the project was created, why it is important for the community and what skills young people gained during its implementation.
