Position Title: Project Officer
Duty Station: Dnipro city
Duration: till 30.04.2027
Specific Responsibilities/Context of “tasks”
- Be actively involved in all stages of project implementation
- Monitoring of educational institutions
- Communication with the management of educational institutions where the project will be implemented
- Communication with government officials in the communities where the project will be implemented
- Organization of trainings on a given topic
- Entering data into the database
- Project reporting
- Technical and information support of project participants at all stages of its implementation
- Systematic business trips to the location where the project will be implemented for the purpose of monitoring and support
- Communicate with the manager in a timely manner in case of problematic issues
- Strictly adhere to project deadlines
- Execution of other tasks within the framework of the project, which come from the manager and other structural divisions of the organization
- Knows and complies with the requirements of regulations on labor protection and the environment, adheres to the norms, methods and techniques of safe work.
- Ensure the compliance with internal guidelines regarding the risk of theft, armed robbery, corruption, embezzlement, errors and losses. Commit to respect TDH Risk Management Policies including Child Protection and Safeguarding policy, Anti-theft Fraud and Corruption Policy and Whistle Blowing Policy. Report any breach observed in the framework of these policies during his/her professional activities both as regards the proven or suspected offence and preventive breach

Training/Qualifications
- University Degree, preferably in social and humanistic fields;
Experience
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent record keeping and documentation skills;
- Ability to work independently and organize, prioritize, and follow through on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment;
- Strong team spirit;
- High level of integrity
- Respect of deadlines;
Ability to uphold high standards and punctuality under pressure;
Languages
- Fluency in Ukrainian (written and spoken), knowledge of English is desirable.
IT know-how
- Experience in using such computer software as Microsoft Office, knowledge of database package MS Excel.
