Active leisure for children!

We have great news! A long-awaited playground has been opened in Tlumach as part of the SMILE project, which aims to support children and families displaced by the war.

The playground was built and opened thanks to cooperation with the Tlumach City Council and was a great event attended by representatives of regional and local authorities. During the event, the playground welcomed its first guests - children of all ages who came to play and have fun.

We believe that this place will become a favorite for children, where they will be able to develop, socialize, find new friends and enjoy their childhood.

"It is very important for us to open such sites. Firstly, children will be able to spend their meaningful leisure time here. Secondly, this playground was created for communication between IDP children and the local population, as play is one of the most active tools for socializing children. Also, in this difficult time for Ukraine and Ukrainians, it is important to unite to create something like this and see the sincere smiles of children," says Anton Bilyuk, Tdh Project Manager.

We thank everyone who contributed to the implementation of this project. Together we are changing lives for the better and making our country happier for future generations.

The project "SMILE - Support for children and their families during Migration and Integration in new Local Environments" was implemented with the participation and financial support of the Crisis and Support Center of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France and Oak Foundation.
