Improving professional skills for supervisors

Тренінг

A two-day training for social work supervisors and case managers from partner organizations participating in the "ProAction" and "Courage in the palms of hands" projects has ended today.

During the training, 11 participants had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of supervision and coaching in the context of child protection case management. We emphasized the importance of these processes and provided participants with advanced models and tools that they can use in their practice. We reviewed and practiced supervision and coaching skills using supervision tools.

The participants also tried their hand at various exercises and scenarios, which allowed them to gain practical skills for their future work as supervisors.

"The training was professional, useful and constructive. We understood what supervision is for the FSRF, the division of job functions between the project coordinator and the supervisor. The practical part of the training was very rich, it was fun, positive and creative," says Olena Doroha, Head of the Board of the NGO "Center for Rehabilitation and Recovery".

We would like to thank everyone for their active participation and interest in the training. Your questions, exchange of opinions and experience added value to our joint work.
