In Tlumach, 11th grade students attended the second lesson of the "Move On and Engaging" youth methodology. It is aimed at actively involving children in improving key skills such as communication, responsibility, creative thinking, cooperation and emotional management. These skills will help young people implement their own initiatives and interact confidently in society in the future.
Olga Ivanio, deputy director for educational work, facilitator, shared her observations: “Working with the methodology, we noticed significant positive changes in the children. The students began to communicate more with each other, showed leadership qualities, especially those who were previously shy about expressing themselves. The children have learned to trust each other and to work together to solve specific life problems.”
During the lesson, the children participated in exercises that helped them realize the importance of communication and creative thinking. They discussed the value of cooperation and the key elements for effective interaction.
“One student admitted that he had always been afraid to express his own opinion, but after the exercise he realized that his voice was important. Another participant realized after the Electric Fence exercise how important responsibility for the group result is. It was a valuable experience that confirmed that we are moving in the right direction,” said Olga Ivanio.
“We thank all the participants and facilitators for their active work. Together we are building a community of confident, responsible and creative young people!
