According to Hanna Riasna, a member of the Light of Culture NGO, two locations were opened on Youth Day in June 2021 as part of the Young Citizens project. Anyone can use the site. To do this, you need to contact the city Palace of Culture.
The Young Citizens project was implemented in eastern Ukraine for a year. It is designed to draw the attention of young people to life in communities. A total of 6 initiatives from 25 cities in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts were selected.
