Last week, we organized a three-day training for 22 facilitators of educational spaces and specialists of mobile brigades from Khmelnytsky and Dnipropetrovs'k oblasts, where they gained knowledge and practical skills that will help them work with young people to strengthen their resilience and empowerment.
During the training, the participants:
- Learned the basic principles of the Move on & Engage methodology;
- Learned how to use this methodology in their work;
- Received tools for building trust, cooperation, communication, self-awareness, emotion management, problem solving and creative thinking
Special attention was paid to the study of well-being through 5 pillars:
- Feeling safe;
- Feeling of connection;
- Feeling of respect;
- Feeling of dignity;
- Feeling of hope.
They also researched what needs to be changed, generated new ideas for engaging young people, developed engagement plans and studied their models.
We thank all participants for their active participation! Together we will make this world a better place!
