Reporting to the Partnerships Officer, the Partnerships Manager acts as the main point of contact and provides support to the implementing partners of Tdh projects in Ukraine.
This includes providing support and serving as a key interlocutor on monitoring and evaluation issues related to partner programs, capacity building, donor reporting and compliance, and general communication and liaison between Tdh and partners. The Partnerships Officer is also responsible for the internal coordination of other Tdh departments on partnerships.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Search and engagement of new partners.
- Preparation of partnership agreements in accordance with Tdh's policy, agreements with local authorities, preparation and collection of supporting documentation for agreements, supervision of the process of reviewing and signing agreements.
- Manage relationships with existing partners. Supporting partners and moderating their activities in the implementation of Tdh projects.
- Conducting screening of potential partners in accordance with Tdh's internal procedures
- Development of a strategy for cooperation with partners. Analyzing the network of Ukrainian NGOs working in the same field as Tdh, determining the needs of our organization in the area of partnership, developing a strategy for cooperation with partners.
- Interaction with all structural units of Tdh
- Improving the effectiveness of current partners: monitoring and analyzing the results of partners' work in Tdh projects, evaluating effectiveness, collecting data, implementing improvements, analyzing performance, identifying the potential for partnership growth.
- Development of a plan for working with partners in the context of supporting and developing young local public associations that cooperate with Tdh.
- Participation in public speeches on topics related to the activities of Tdh.
- Participation in systematic business trips to the regions where Tdh projects operate to build a partnership network and monitor the work of partners in Tdh projects.
- Manage the processes of distributing Tdh subgrants (concluding agreements and holding competitions)
- Coordinate the review of grant applications from civil society partners.
Manage the Partner - Tdh reporting flow, including verification of partner reporting documentation where necessary
- University degree, preferably in social sciences or humanities
- At least 1 year of experience in humanitarian or development programs in an international organization
- Good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good communication skills, written and oral communication, fluency in spoken and written Ukrainian.

Languages
- Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian required and communicative, oral skills in English
IT Knowledge
- Experience in using such computer software as Microsoft Office, knowledge of database package MS Excel.
