In Ukraine, since 2015, Tdh has been providing a variety of services to children, youth and their families in the conflict-affected area, with a special focus on psychosocial support.

The goal is to conduct supervisions for the organization's psychologists.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting the organization's staff in setting goals and priorities in the course of their work;
- Assist in identifying effective methods and means of providing psychosocial support to beneficiaries;
- developing the ability of employees to effectively solve problematic situations related to the performance of professional duties;
- preventing professional burnout of the organization's employees;
- increasing the motivation of employees for professional growth.
- Assisting employees in managing their feelings and behavior in stressful situations;
- compliance with ethical requirements and supervision procedures;
- reporting on supervision activities.
- Higher education in the specialty "Psychology"
- Certified supervisor
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience as a supervisor
- Experience in conducting supervision in online format
- Availability of documents of the private entrepreneur of the 3rd group
- Previous experience with NGOs or understanding of the specifics of NGO work is desirable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in Ukrainian (written and spoken).
