Every day our case managers help children and families in difficult life circumstances. This is not just a job - it is care, understanding and finding the best solutions for each family. An individual approach is used every time. Large families with one parent or guardian, health problems, financial difficulties, inability to cover basic needs, a long search for work and housing, and this is not the whole list of difficult life circumstances that our case managers help to solve.
“Katya, the case manager, came with us, saw how we live. Her work is like a balm for our souls. We don't feel unnecessary, superfluous, as IDPs are usually treated. I say this and I have tears in my eyes. The war made many people evil. But here we were received well, they understand our situation. We received financial assistance because we have three schoolchildren and need to buy everything. The boys' room was renovated and they bought clothes. I have health problems and needed treatment. That's why I am very satisfied with Katya's work, one hundred percent, she will listen and help,” says Natalia, who was forced to move from Kherson.
Case managers do not just respond to problems. They create conditions for the safe development of children, their education, well-being and a stable future.
Together we open up new opportunities!
