Our case managers work every day to provide support to children and their families in difficult life circumstances. Their work is much more than just problem solving. It is a comprehensive support and protection of children's rights based on care, empathy and individual approach.
“My work gives me pleasure, when I help others, I live. I get new strength and motivation to do even more. I get new acquaintances, new knowledge, skills, emotions, and abilities,” says case manager Natalia Tsisar.
The work of case managers is an important element of supporting children and their families in crisis. Through an individualized approach and a deep understanding of their needs, they help build a future where every child has the opportunity to grow up in safety and with hope for a better tomorrow.
